Working with leaders in complex environments

I’m Dennis Strik — executive coach, consultant and facilitator.

I work in partnership with leaders, teams and organisations who want to strengthen leadership capability, navigate complexity, and create sustainable, long-term impact — not quick fixes or one-off interventions.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, organisational change and day-to-day leadership practice. I partner with clients to help leaders think more clearly, relate more effectively, and act with greater intention — especially in moments of pressure, transition, growth or change. The aim is always the same: clearer decision-making, stronger collaboration, and leadership that holds up under pressure.

Before moving into leadership development, I worked in academia as a lecturer and author, specialising in language, identity and intercultural communication. That background continues to shape how I work today: structured, reflective and rigorous, while always grounded in real organisational challenges.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with leaders and teams across sectors including tech, finance, media and NGOs, often as part of longer-term leadership and talent development programmes. My work typically combines coaching, facilitation and training, tailored to the context, challenges and ambitions of the organisation.
